Emergency in Tijuana

On Saturday 16th, a catastrophic fire swept through an informal settlement in Tijuana, Mexico. In a matter of hours, more than 200 people lost absolutely everything. This community is named "Nueva Esperanza" (New Hope).

Today, those hopes are buried under ashes. Families who already lived in extreme vulnerability now have nothing but the clothes on their backs.

As an international non-profit with 29 years of experience, TECHO is already on the ground. Our mission is to transition these families into safe, modular emergency housing immediately.
